Every grain of rice vanished! I must express my delight in giving this place a chance. The culinary experience is nothing short of fantastic, with flavors that dance in perfect harmony. Originating from NY, the owners have infused the dishes with an authentic taste that transported me to the vibrant food scene of the city. Despite driving past it countless times, nestled between King Soopers and Hobby Lobby on Woodmen, I regret not discovering this gem sooner. Today, I confess my oversight, and I'm convinced I should have indulged in this culinary haven ages ago. Without a doubt, I'll be a returning patron. Undoubtedly the best Chinese food in the Springs!

Have come here several times and the food is very good, good portion sizes. The egg drop soup has no veggies in it, which is a big plus. The wonton are phenomenal, handmade and wrapped in a unique way so the filling stays inside it. One of the best chicken in garlic sauce dishes I've had. This is the sesame chicken, NOT on a bed of those icky white dry noodles for a fantastic change!

Not only is this the best place for Chinese in the Springs, but it’s authentic NY style. Check out the fresh crisp veggies in the fried rice. Egg rolls... super crispy outside and filled with goodness on the inside. Customer service is awesome too. *****I’d also like to respond to the review about portion size and pricing. A pint is a pint and a quart is a quart. This is authentic NY style Chinese and the portions are on point as well as the flavor. You’re co planning about a business that was there to serve you on a holiday. Ok, Karen. To the dude with chow men vs lo mein, it looks like they tried to fix it and I believe that with their customer service. Helloooo? Lo mein is the softer noodle, that’s a customer obligation to research and they even tried helping. Shame on you for that review for your negligence and choice to be ignorant. *******

We absolutely love Rong Cheng!! We’re from New York and this is so close to home. They’re always delicious and friendly, and fast too! They’ve never gotten our order wrong, even very large ones we’ve made. 10/10!

I had lunch delivered and it was better than I could have anticipated. The Mei Fun noodles were great and although I ordered chicken this time, the veggies were really good so next time I’m going all veg. Definitely on my list of places to visit.

We love this place! The food is amazing and it is very affordable. The staff have been friendly every time we have come in. Food comes out quick AND it's delicious. I do wish the general tso chicken was spicy, but the flavor is still good. Our favorite thing is the pu pu platter, which is a great sampler of everything.

Absolutely love this place! The lo mein and fried rice sides are really good and I love crab rangoons, but a place that does them well can be hard to find. Rong Cheng calls theirs “crab cheese wontons” and they’re GOOD. They have become my absolute favorite as of late and I can’t wait to try their sushi too. Takeout is quick and the owners and employees are articulate, helpful, and friendly. This place is located in the other side of the complex, down from King Soopers and it’s unassuming storefront can be easy to miss (but that’s how you know it’s good!) Small and intimate inside but it gets packed! Easy parking.
